Who are we?
My family is incredibly important to me. They are my friends, travel partners, game teammates and I am very proud of them. My husband Bob owns Beer & Bike Tours - a bicycle travel company that he started in 2013. My son Carmen loves the saxophone, reading, art and has a great eye for architecture. My son Leopold is involved in Dungeons & Dragons, spends his evenings training in karate and tae kwon do and is part of a cycling club. Katy's favorite activities are cycling, swimming, running, reading National Geographic and going to the movies. She is currently in a multi-year project to read all the biographies of the U.S. Presidents in order. As a family our favorite activity is bike touring, in all types of weather and in all types of terrain! As a family we know we are all part of the school community - from repairing fellow teachers' bicycles to introducing new families to the local areas. We all are grateful for the diversity in languages, ecology, religions, food and music we have been exposed to over the years while living and traveling in different parts of the globe.
